The University of Kansas invites all graduates, their families and guests to the Chancellor's Reception in the Kansas Union ballroom before commencement. Complimentary coffee, tea, juice and pastries will be available. There will also be family photo opportunities.
Additional services that will be available on commencement weekend in the Kansas Union, May 11-13, include:
Professional Photography on Level Four - Sunday, 8:00a-1:00p and
Floral services and accessories on Level Four - Sunday, 8:00a-12:00p.
The KU Bookstore will be open Friday, 8:30a-6:00p, Saturday, 10a-5p and Sunday, 8a-5:30p.l
KU Dining Services will be available Friday, 7:30a-5p, Saturday, 7a-10p and Sunday, 7a-4p.

Free Reception Rooms with Catering Packages While space is available, the Union is offering the use of private meeting rooms at no cost to graduates of the 2011 class with purchase of a reception package from KU Catering. With convenient access to the parking garage and Memorial Stadium, the Union is the ideal spot to hold your reception. Our catering department has put together pre-ceremony breakfast packages as well as post-ceremony reception and lunch packages. Let other families fight for parking and restaurant reservations!
